What did you want to be when you grew up?
A writer, I was one of those kids that read all the time whilst my sisters were outdoors with their friends, I enjoyed the peace and quiet and dreamt of writing my own books!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Despite living in Spain for many years and absolutely loving the tapas over there it would have to be a traditional roastcarvery with all the trimmings and beautifully made gravy … why because I love the variety of flavours and textures. I get bored easily..
What is your favourite memories from the past year and why?
Spending time with my grandson Dylan has provided me with so many fab memories over the past year but two stand out moments actually stem from Venatu. Introducing the Menopause workshop to so many wonderful ladies who really benefitted from it really moved me and walking into the sea on a freezing cold day, holding hands with some beautiful women to raise money for young people with cancer was truly unforgettable.
