Production Operative – Doncaster, DN4
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour (paid weekly, every Friday)
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts – 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am on a rotating basis
Working Hours: 60 hours one week, 24 hours the following week, including every other weekend
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production of bottle lids used for products such as bottled water, milkshakes, fruit juices and fizzy drinks.

Carry out routine machine checks every three hours to identify and resolve any issues.

Label boxes accurately and prepare them for storage or dispatch.

Stack finished products onto pallets and move them into designated warehouse areas.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety requirements.
Requirements:

Previous experience within a production, machine operative or manufacturing role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights).

Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Reliable with a positive attitude towards work.
