We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Weekend Staffing Administrator to help coordinate our staffing needs and keep operations running smoothly over the weekend.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring weekend shifts are confirmed, schedules are accurate, and last-minute changes are handled efficiently.
This is a weekend-only position (20–24 hours per week) with a brief Friday afternoon handover at our Morley (LS27) office. You’ll collect a company laptop and phone for the weekend, then work from home on Saturday and Sunday, returning the equipment on Monday morning.
Most of your work will take place between 8am and 3pm, but you’ll need to keep an eye on the phone throughout the day for any urgent updates.
There may also be opportunities for additional hours during the week if workload increases.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm weekend staffing and shift allocations
- Respond promptly to calls and messages regarding staffing changes
- Communicate clearly with team leaders and managers
- Maintain up-to-date records and schedules
- Support smooth handovers with weekday staff
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised and detail-focused – able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- A confident communicator – comfortable handling calls and messages
- Tech-savvy – confident using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and email
- Reliable and self-motivated – able to manage your workload independently
Experience in staffing, scheduling, or administration is preferred, but full training will be provided.
