What do you do at Venatu?
The role I take in the business is leading and supporting the first-class team of recruitment specialists. I focus on the development of the company and how we can progress successfully, both short term and long term. Although we are a growing company, I make sure our values always remain the same.
What did you do before Venatu?
Most of my working life has been dedicated to the recruitment industry. I began my recruitment career working as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in 1999. I worked my way through the ranks at a large, national recruitment business before successfully establishing my own company in 2009.
What do you do outside of Venatu?
Whenever I’m not at work, I try to spend most of my time with my family. We enjoy going out on weekends and spending time together whenever we get chance. On the side of this, I have a big interest in exercising and going to the gym regularly as I find this a good outlet from work.
