Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting a number of roles for this market leader of services to both consumer and business throughout the UK. This company are a leader in their field and with an annual turnover of £50 million and of employing 250 employees throughout their UK locations. These opportunities will see you working at their Huddersfield Head Office function who are adhering to Social Distancing.

THE ROLE

  • Customer Services Administrator
  • Huddersfield, £17,500 - £18,000 per annum
  • 25 days Holiday

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As part of a team work to effectively respond to incoming calls and emails
    • Respond to incoming emails within a timely manner
    • Offering of prices, availability and delivery
    • Update internal systems to reflect conversations held with customer
    • Liaison with internal teams and other UK site locations if required
    • Completion of various documents/ paperwork to support these opportunities
    • Escalate any enquiries for resolution if needed
