Customer Service Advisor/Call Handler

We have registered a superb opportunity working as a Customer Service Advisor/Call Handler for an Auditing/Consultancy Business in Selby. This is a 6 month temporary contract to begin with. We are looking for candidates with Customer Service experience who are available to start work immediately.

Main Duties:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls from customers/residents who are responding to a received letter
  • Inputting data given by the customer into an Excel Spreadsheet to populate corresponding letters
  • Emailing auditors with updates using data from the database
  • Responding to customer/resident queries via email
  • Responding to customer queries quickly and efficiently, providing the highest level of service
  • General administrative tasks

Key Skills:

  • Must be customer focused and have customer service experience
  • Ability to work to specific deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Basic administrative skills
  • Must be resilient
  • Excellent skills in all Microsoft applications
