• Retention Advisor
• £21,500 - £22,000 per annum
• Leeds

RESPONSIBILITY

• Developing and maintaining a portfolio of customers via phone and email
• Engage with customers
• Contact customers being passed over from New Business to Retentions
• Review and respond to correspondence
• Help customers by providing suitable solutions
• Help customers with the online portal
• Update customers’ data when required
• Discuss and cross-selling products
