THE ROLE

• Trainee Service Advisor (Trucks)
• Coalville, Leicestershire
• rotating shifts 06.00-14.30 / 09.00-18.30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays
• Up to £25,000 (DOE)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Front of House role, being the first point of contact for the customer
• Create, manage and communicate the service plan to customers
• Book work within the workshop to utilise capacity
• Proactively upsell products
• Manage invoice and follow up process
