Meet The Construction Team
The Construction Division is made up of experienced specialists who have hands on industry experience.
Within the Division there are two markets they work within, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Construction, both for the public and private sectors.
The Construction Team is made up of Consultants who specialise in different markets throughout the Division. The Head of Business, James Shepherd, recruits for permanent contracts. He specialises in Housing, Construction and occasionally Off-site. Richard Unwin is the Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in supplying main contractors and drylining subcontractors for permanent positions. Danny Farr is an Executive Consultant who specialises in recruiting for Trades & Labour roles on a temporary contract.

What is Modern Methods of Construction?
There are many different methods within this type of construction. Modular Construction is the pre-design and fabrication of building modules that can be put together to create different structures. Offsite Construction is modules manufactured in a factory or warehouse and assembled once transported. Another method is pre-fabrication, the module is assembled in the factory then transported for installation.

Our Consultants working within the MMC Sector include Francesca Coa who is the Team Leader for Temporary solutions. Katie Wymer and Daya Emsen are Senior Recruitment Consultants who also recruit for temp. Alongside them is Amy Lammie, Senior Recruitment Consultant and Keelan Wilson, Recruitment Consultant. Both Amy and Keelan recruit for perm contracts, Keelan dealing with mostly blue-collar roles and Amy with white-collar roles.
