Modular Joiner

Location: Driffield / Bransburton
Pay Rates (CIS):

• £20.00 per hour

• £25.00 per hour after 39 hours

• £30.00 per hour Saturdays
  ⏳ Duration: Temporary, ongoing

The Opportunity

We are urgently recruiting skilled tradespeople for an exciting project and are specifically looking for a modular joiners / skilled joiners to join a forward-thinking modular/offsite construction business. This is a fantastic chance for any experienced modular joiners who want ongoing work with competative rates.

About the Role

You will be working on a large contract refurbishing modular units in a modern, fast-paced environment.

Main Duties Include:

• Partitioning and cladding

• Reading joinery construction drawings

• Erecting and marking up stud timber walls

• Stripping and replacing floors

• 1st and 2nd fix joinery

• Plaster boarding and general boarding

• Window and door fitting

Requirements

• Proven 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery/Carpentry (preferred, not essential)

• Ability to work under pressure and to high standards

• Team player with the ability to work alone when required

• Modular construction experience desirable

• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking

• Own tools and PPE essential
