Venatu Recruitment are working with a key client to recruit a Marketing Exectutive to join the team.
This role will play a key part within the business and will be perfect for someone who thrives in using their creativity in repsonse to data led performance detail. If you love seeing a direct impact from your work watching campaigns you’ve set up drive real sales, this is the role for you.
In this role you will be taking client campaign briefs and turn them into high performing digital campaigns whilst monitoring every detail and reporting back on results. Taking full ownership of the campaigns from setup to optimisation, this position provides a real platform to shocase your analytical skills and creative thinking.
Within this role, you can expect to manage the following:
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards
- Conduct in-depth keyword research with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Planner
- Manage campaign budgets independently, improving ROAS and CPA
- Manage social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
- Provide clear and insightful reports to clients, showing the direct impact of their investment
To be successful within this role we are looking for:
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- A creative spark to optimise campaigns and develop engaging ad content
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience across multiple paid channels and tools as above
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
