08:30am – 4:30pm

About the role
A Multi Skilled Modular Joimer / Cabin Fitter is URGENTLY required to join a forward thinking Modular/Offsite business based in the York area. This role involves refurbishing Modular Units and Porta Cabins within a fast-paced, forward-thinking modular/offsite environment.
The main duties will be:
- Partitioning Sectioning Modular Units
- Using various joinery tools
- Reading joinery construction drawings
- Erecting stud timber walls
- Marking up timber walls
- Stripping and replacing floors 1st and 2nd Fix joinery duties
- Plaster Boarding Window and Door fitting
- Reading and working from joinery construction drawin
Qualifications/and or Experience
- Minimum 2 years 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience within the modular sector
- Ideally NVQ level 2 or 3 in Joinery and Carpentry
- Strong Attention to Detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Can work as part of a team.
- Can work if needed alone and unsupervised
- Ideally Modular Construction Experience
- Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
