As part of our client's continued growth, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operative Trainee to join our client's team and develop hands-on skills across multiple areas of our production environment.
This is an upskilling role designed to build you into a multi-skilled manufacturing professional. If you’re practical, motivated, and keen to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Learning & Doing as a Manufacturing Operative Trainee:

Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) (training provided if required)

Assisting with and learning pyramid rolling processes
-
Operating machinery including:
-
Press Brake
-
Other fabrication and production equipment
-
-
Developing hands-on welding skills and techniques
-
Reading and working from technical drawings
-
Supporting general manufacturing and fabrication activities
-
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
What We’re Looking For in a Manufacturing Operative Trainee:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Interest in engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing
-
Good attention to detail
-
Ability to work as part of a team
-
Positive attitude and reliability
-
Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
