Warehouse Operatives – 3 Temporary Positions Available

£12.71 per hour, Weekly Pay Every Friday
We are currently recruiting for 3 Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced automotive warehouse based in Exeter, EX2. This is a temporary 4-week assignment with the potential for extension for the right candidates.
This role would suit reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment and are available for an immediate start.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
-
Every other Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
Candidates must be able to commute reliably to Exeter, EX2 for the above shifts.

£12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
-
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
-
Scanning stock using handheld scanners
-
Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
-
Wrapping and securing bulk items safely
-
Loading, unloading and moving stock throughout the warehouse
-
Organising products and maintaining stock locations
-
Supporting general warehouse operations as required
-
Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment at all times
Products You Will Be Handling:
This warehouse specialises in automotive parts and accessories including:

Brake pads and brake discs
-
Nuts, bolts and small components
-
Wing mirrors
-
Windscreen wipers
-
Vehicle fluids and oils
-
Batteries ranging from motorcycles through to lorries
Please note: some items can weigh 25kg+, therefore candidates must be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable with good timekeeping

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Must have reliable transport or commute arrangements to Exeter, EX2
