Recruitment Consultant - Automotive Permanent Division

Venatu Recruitment Group is continuing to invest in and grow its Automotive Permanent Recruitment division. As a result, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Doncaster.

The Opportunity
You'll manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, partnering with automotive businesses across the UK to identify and secure top talent for permanent positions.
We're particularly interested in speaking with recruiters who have experience within the automotive, engineering, commercial, technical sectors, although experience from other permanent recruitment markets will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new and existing client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
- Source, interview and shortlist high-calibre candidates.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business hiring requirements.
- Negotiate fees, offers and terms of business.
- Build a strong network of automotive talent and industry contacts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity management.
What We're Looking For
- Recruitment experience, ideally within permanent recruitment.
- Automotive recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to develop new business and win clients.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
