Graduate Administrator
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am–5:00pm, office-based
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Administrator to join their stable and friendly team in Doncaster.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start or develop a career within accounts and administration. Full training and support will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate who is keen to learn and develop their skills within a professional business environment.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team.
The position has become available following the retirement of a long-standing member of the team, highlighting the stability and supportive environment within the business.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare delivery notes, scan documentation and complete the daily invoicing process.

Process credit notes.

Prepare the weekly payment run and payment reports.

Provide general administration and accounts support when required.

Assist with credit limits and customer or sales team account queries.

Update Sage accounting systems on a daily basis.

Prepare and process supplier payments.

Complete the weekly cash book.

Analyse and update sales information.

Reconcile bank accounts and Sage accounts on a monthly basis.

Create recharge invoices for inter-company transactions.

Provide additional administrative and accounts support to the team as required.
