About the Role:
Our client, a distinguished London-based company specialising in bespoke kitchens and bathrooms is seeking a technically skilled and highly organised Projects Coordinator to support project delivery on-site. This role focuses on high-end kitchen and bathroom installation, working closely with installation teams, architects, and interior designers to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of multiple kitchen and bathroom installation projects simultaneously.
- Prepare quotations and accurately price jobs.
- Manage and supervise installation teams on-site to ensure exceptional workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings to guide installation and project execution.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Organise personal workload efficiently and manage teams effectively.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication throughout projects.
- Facilitate smooth communication with Polish-speaking installation teams.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with high-end kitchen and bathroom installation.
- Previous on-site experience either as a joiner or in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to prepare quotations and price jobs accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and supervising installation teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience working closely with architects and interior designers.
- Fluent in Polish (essential for communication with installation teams).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Confident professional-level communication in English (spoken and written).
