Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 40 – 44 hours per week
Shifts: Flexibility required – start times of either 4:00 AM or 8:30 AM
We are currently seeking a reliable, hands-on Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced team in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and support the team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Monitor performance and provide clear direction to staff on shift
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
- Report and escalate any issues to management
- Assist with training and development of new team members
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
About You:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Comfortable working early mornings and rotating start times (4:00 AM or 8:30 AM)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
- Positive attitude and a hands-on approach
