Parcel Sorter – Temp to Perm
Location: Wakefield
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
We’re currently recruiting Parcel Sorters for a leading logistics company based in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hard-working individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse environment with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting parcels accurately by postcode
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Manual handling of parcels (up to 25kg)
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
- Working efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including weekends
