Modular Joiner URGENTLY required

Pay Rate: £19 to £20.00 per hour

The Opportunity
We require an experienced Modular Joiner to join our client on a large contract, refurbishing Modular Units and Porta Cabins .
About the role
A Multi Skilled Modular Joiner is URGENTLY required to join a forward thinking Modular/Offsite business based in the York area.
The main duties will be:
- Partitioning
- Using various joinery tools
- Reading joinery construction drawings
- Erecting stud timber walls
- Marking up timber walls
- Stripping and replacing floors
- 1st and 2nd Fix joinery duties
- Plaster Boarding
- Window and Door fitting
Qualifications/and or Experience
- Minimum 2 years 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience
- Ideally NVQ level 2 or 3 in Joinery and Carpentry
- Strong Attention to Detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Can work as part of a team.
- Can work if needed alone and unsupervised
- Ideally Modular Construction Experience
- Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
