Customer Service Parts Advisor – Motor Industry
We are currently recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor to join a fast-paced, customer-focused parts operation within the motor industry. This role is ideal for a Parts Advisor who enjoys working over the phone, supporting customers with parts enquiries, and ensuring a smooth ordering process from start to finish.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of customer enquiries, ordering vehicle parts, and proactively checking order progress to ensure parts arrive on time. The Parts Advisor will provide regular updates to customers, manage expectations, and professionally handle any issues or complaints that arise.
Key Responsibilities – Parts Advisor:

Handling inbound and outbound calls as a Parts Advisor

Advising customers on vehicle parts and availability

Ordering parts and monitoring delivery status

Chasing suppliers and checking for updates to ensure timely arrivals

Keeping customers fully informed throughout the process

Handling customer complaints confidently and professionally as a Parts Advisor

Accurately updating systems such as Kerridge as part of the Parts Advisor role

Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
Working Hours:
-
Monday to Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm

Every other Saturday
Salary:

£28,000 basic
Requirements – Parts Advisor:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is essential

Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and the motor industry

Confident and professional phone manner

Good computer skills and experience using systems such as Kerridge

Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
