HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers Required.
We are currently recruiting professional and experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for ongoing night trunking work based in Hellaby, Rotherham. This role involves the transportation of automotive parts to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) and offers consistent work with competitive pay rates.
Job Role:
Drivers will be responsible for trunking automotive parts between distribution centres. The work is double-manned, meaning you will be paired with another driver throughout the shift to support efficient and safe operations. This is primarily trunking work with minimal manual handling, focused on timely and safe deliveries to RDC locations.
Shift Details:
• Night shifts available Sunday through to Saturday
• Start times between 20:00 and 00:00
• 8-hour minimum guaranteed pay per shift
• Ongoing work available for reliable drivers
Pay Rates:
£17.00 – £19.00 per hour, depending on shift pattern
Driver Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
• Valid C+E driving licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph card
• Good knowledge of driver hours and working time regulations
• Professional attitude and strong commitment to safety
• Punctual and reliable with good communication skills
