Customer Service Advisor
£27,308 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus
Barton-upon-Humber | Full Time | Office Based
Monday to Friday, 8:55am – 5:30pm | 40 hours per week
Looking for a customer service role with no sales or cold calling?
A fantastic opportunity has become available at our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in Barton-upon-Humber.
This is a genuine customer service role where your focus will be on helping customers, resolving queries and providing a positive experience. You won't be expected to make cold calls or work in a sales environment.
You'll be part of the Call Centre team, handling a wide range of customer enquiries, keeping customer accounts up to date and working with showrooms and internal departments to make sure issues are resolved efficiently.

What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling customer enquiries and finding suitable solutions

Managing and updating customer records accurately

Following up with customers to make sure their queries have been resolved

Working closely with showrooms and internal teams
-
Taking a proactive approach to resolving customer issues

Building positive and professional customer relationships
-
Escalating more complex issues where appropriate
-
Dealing with complaints calmly and professionally
-
Supporting improvements in customer satisfaction and retention
What are we looking for in the Customer Service Advisor?
We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers and enjoys providing a high standard of service.
You will need:

Previous customer service experience, ideally from a call centre, retail, hospitality or similar environment

The ability to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily

Experience working towards targets, KPIs or other performance measures

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Excellent organisation and attention to detail
