What did you want to be when you grew up?
Always wanted to be a Pilot when I was a kid – It was only until I went on my first abroad holiday I realised at a young age that me and planes didn’t bode well so that was out of the window! So I settled for racing car driver… which also didn’t work out!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Easy – KFC! Ive even gone that one step further and have it all worked out: popcorn chicken for breakfast, Ricebox for lunch then a big greasy bucket for tea every night!
What is your favourite memories from the past year and why?
A simple one – My daughter Maisie and Son Harry dressed up for National book day before I drop them off at school – that morning it made me realise they are growing up too quick and how proud I am of them.
