What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a pop music dancer on stage strutting my stuff. Beyonce has nothing on me.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Moussaka. Always reminds me of my holiday with my mum when I was 16 when we went to Greece for the first time.
What is your favourite memories from the past year and why?
My son getting to his goal weight after joining boxing, the determination of him turning up for training sometimes five times a week, has paid off. He has turned into a fine young man. I’m very proud of him and the memories we have created along the way on his journey. He celebrated with a five mile run while I stayed home eating cake.
