2 x Business Services Coordinator - Home Working

A well-established fast growing service provider to businesses across the UK who have recently opened an office in West Yorkshire are looking to enhance their team with the appointment of 2 x Business Service Coordinators. These roles are newly created permanent opportunities that are available on a full time basis, 40 hours per week, whilst also offering the ability to work at home.

  • Location: Ilkley
  • Salary: £20,000-£21,000
  • Contract Type: Permanent

Candidate Expectations

  • Work Independently at home however with the best interest of employer and clients/support teams
  • Able to handle volume calls – as it is not un common to answer 15 calls in a 10 minute time frame
  • Update systems and Excel documents for tracking of work
  • Offer feedback to clients regarding updates and other support teams
  • Work with sensitive information whilst working confidentially
  • Feedback and liaise with Management/ Head Office teams
