Accounts Administrator

  • Location: Elland
  • Salary: £21,000- £25,000
  • Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibility:

  • Purchase Ledger processing
  • Full invoice cycle
  • Reconcile customer and supplier statements.
  • Producing month and year end reports
  • Bank reconciliations
  • VAT calculations and reconciliations
  • Daily submission of real-time incoming orders and invoices
  • Work as the Credit Controller to recover any outstanding payments ensuring appropriate action is taken.
  • Create new supplier and customer accounts upon request.

Candidate Expectations:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar role is essential.
  • Ideally you will have completed or be working towards a recognised finance qualification.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office ( particularly Excel)
  • Skilled on Sage 200
  • A good level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • This role will suit someone who enjoys working in accounts and is wanting to continue a career in this industry.
