Administration Co-ordinator

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with an established manufacturing company based in Doncaster in the recruiting of a Contract Co-ordinator to work within a busy customer service department. Ideally they are looking for someone who has previously worked within a commercial office as part of a large team dealing with pricing agreements or contracts involving both customers and suppliers.

The Role

  • Working closely with the national sales team, administering contract price agreements
  • Pricing & inputting agreements in line with agreed authorisation levels
  • Contacting Divisional sales force on a daily basis, for authorisation purposes
  • Providing correct information to relevant internal and external customers,
  • Use of CRM and SAP

Candidate Expectation

  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to prioritise and organise workload
  • Good IT skills - computer literate (comfortable with Microsoft Office, SAP would be an advantage)
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
