Venatu Recruitment Group are recruiting for an experienced Administrator seeking a temporary to permanent opportunity based in Scunthorpe. Working for a small successful business supporting with all aspects of Administration, Accounts and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
  • Liaising with office and field staff
  • Responding to emails
  • Booking appointments
  • Inputting and interrogation of data
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Typing of letters, quotations and other correspondence as required
  • Photocopying, filing and other general office duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Team player with a mature attitude and work ethic.
  • Professional telephone manner,
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), have a can do attitude and be willing to embrace and learn new technology quickly.

Qualifications required:

  • Ideally the candidate will hold a Level 2 qualification in business studies/administration
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.


  • Monday – Friday 35 hours per week 9-5
  • Salary/ Rate
  • £8.72 per hour


  • Parking, Tea and Coffee, friendly working environment, pension, opportunity for permanent position after 12 weeks.
