Work with the Senior Leadership team including the Technical Manager, SHEQ Manager, Programme Manager and Purchasing Manager.
To work with the Site Managers, Contracts Managers and head office team, ensure that the programmes are being met , Plan ahead to ensure schemes are delivered on time, direct and coordinate to ensure targets and activities are met concerned with the construction of the schemes and systems Management of All aspects of Health & Safety on site.
Maintain a good relationship with the client and community around the project
Work closely with the Buying department and make sure all long lead materials are requested in a timely manner, ensure that the SM / CM are following the correct description or specification of the materials.
Raise any concerns related to the Project or Company with the Contracts Managers / Site Managers and clients and address them efficiently and fairly.
Ensure any temporary works have the necessary design and are installed in accordance with the design. - - – Ensure that the CM / Programme Manager Produce 2-week look ahead programmes for site managers, operatives and sub-contractors – review and comment on areas of programme that can be moved forward to avoid delays where possible. Early project handover should be targeted where ever possible.
