Credit Control Administrator

We have taken on a fantastic opportunity working as a Credit Control Administrator for a Security System Installer. This is a full-time permanent position. We are looking for candidates with operations support experience who are available to start at short notice.

THE ROLE

  • Credit Control Administrator

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Supporting Credit Control Executives with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Taking incoming calls from customers and the sales team.
  • Investigate and resolving queries and disputes professionally.
  • Complaint handling.
  • Liaising with sales on new accounts and general queries.
  • Raising manual invoices and credit notes.
  • Processing credit card payments.
  • Sending out statements, invoices, and reminder letters.
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying invoices.
