Customer Care Advisor

Main Duties

  • Working across several platforms – including email, live chats, responding to incoming calls from new and existing patients
  • Updating patients records and call logs on the central database system.

Key Skills

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise activities to hit company goals.
  • Proven background of quality focus and achieving KPI targets.
  • Proficient at using a computer and has excellent keyboard skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and willingness to be flexible when needed.
  • You’ll be working as part of a team within customer care, as well as key stakeholders across the business to resolve any patient queries through to resolution.


  • £8.72 per hour


  • Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am and 2pm


  • Up to 33 Days holiday (Inc Statutory)
  • Free onsite parking and refreshments
  • 8 Weeks training
