An exciting opportunity has become available for experienced Customer Care Advisor to work for a highly reputable kitchen manufacturer based in Leeds LS23.

  • Providing professional and personalised service to every customer
  • Cooperation with members of the team to assess work in progress
  • Growing internal and external relationships with customers ensuring client expectations are achieved
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Systematic reviewing Customer Feedback along with performance KPI’s
  • Effective co-ordination with other departments to prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional approach to deal with difficult telephone calls
  • Ability to investigate the root cause of a warranty issues on regular basics


  • Strong administrator with attention to detail
  • Effective and professional communicator
  • Happy to work as part of a team and able to support each member of the team when needed
  • Confident problem-solving individual
  • Specialised in understanding customers’ requirements
  • Person with ability to demonstrate discreet approach with occupiers /developers
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Have at least 1 year of Customer Service Experience (preferred)
