Customer Experience Manager

A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen working for a global company whose product portfolio includes home appliances, multimedia, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. The company are looking for a customer experience manager to join their ever expanding organisation. Working for a recognised television brand with presence internationally, this is an exciting opportunity not to be missed.

THE ROLE

  • Customer Experience Manager
  • £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
  • Leeds

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Inspire and lead operational teams and service providers, support, challenge and develop them to continuously improve customer experience
  • Use customer service expertise to help resolve complex queries as well as support the leadership team to develop CX strategy
  • Continuously monitor the achievement of customer experience levels/ KPIs and provide effective support and strong leadership.
  • Develop actionable insights from multiple sources of data into tangible improvement strategies that drive business decision making.
  • Aware of and be able to advise on the main elements of the Consumer Rights Act
  • Raise CX awareness across the business
  • Work across multiple departments and in collaboration with our European subsidiaries to develop CX best practice to drive and optimise customer experience
  • Contribute to projects to improve customer experience and business image

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

  • Highly motivated with a desire to succeed and deliver results
  • Solid experience in managing local operations and 3rd party service providers
  • Proven track record of delivering service quality improvements for first class customer experience
  • Experience in working with key stakeholder groups to negotiate, create and manage internal SLA’s
  • Experience in delivering change/ improvements projects
  • A track record of driving a high- performance customer-centric culture
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, demonstrate a proven ability to motivate, empower, coach and develop your people
  • Ability to simplify ambiguity and give clear direction
  • Ideally educated to degree level
