Customer Service Administrator

Our client, an International Manufacturer of branded goods are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to complement their Bracknell site.

Working within the existing team you will be responsible for ensuring all customer emails from the UK, International Branded websites, Zendesk and all Social Media channels are actioned and followed through to a successful conclusion. You will proactively respond to product enquiries, product advice, stockist enquiries and complaints and of engaging with internal teams to reach a resolution for customers.

The successful candidate will be a confident but engaging communicator who will be able to demonstrate patience and efficiency for customer confidence. Any exposure to a similar role would be welcomed.

  • £20,000 per annum
  • Bracknell / Reading
  • Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am – 5.30pm, Friday 3.00pm
  • Free Parking


  • Respond to incoming enquiries for brands via telephone, websites, social media and Zendesk in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership and drive through to successful conclusion (engaging with internal teams if required for support – Logistics, Stock Control and Warehouse)
  • Facilitate order tracking for E-commerce business, process returns and refunds.
  • Liaising with Couriers regarding delivery issues or to book courier services.
  • Send out samples.
  • Update internal systems.


  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with the customer to assist them with their requirements.
  • Able to take ownership of queries and manage them through to conclusion.
  • Friendly and compassionate
  • Confident IT skills/ SAP would be of value but not essential.
  • Able to bring resolution to issues through effective problem-solving.
  • Work with internal teams
  • Experience in a similar role is desired.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Natural ability to work positively in a customer-facing role.
  • Any experience of customer services via Social Media and Zendesk would be of value.
