Our client, an International Manufacturer of branded goods are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to complement their Bracknell site.
Working within the existing team you will be responsible for ensuring all customer emails from the UK, International Branded websites, Zendesk and all Social Media channels are actioned and followed through to a successful conclusion. You will proactively respond to product enquiries, product advice, stockist enquiries and complaints and of engaging with internal teams to reach a resolution for customers.
The successful candidate will be a confident but engaging communicator who will be able to demonstrate patience and efficiency for customer confidence. Any exposure to a similar role would be welcomed.
