THE ROLE

  • Customer Service Advisor
  • Sheffield City Centre
  • £18,137 per annum
  • £100 attendance bonus per month
  • Permanent position

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dealing with incoming calls from existing customers
  • Navigating around a customer’s bill and resolving their queries
  • Handling customer complaints and transferring to the relevant departments
  • Ensuring customers are receiving the best products for their requirements

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

  • 6 months of gas & electric experience is required
  • 6 months in a customer service role is required
  • Ability to problem solve
