Role Outline

The role of Customer Services and Sales Administrator requires someone who is both confident and of offering a friendly customer experience to all clients. You will work to enhance the customer services experience by being able to agree on timescales for feeding back to the client. This role requires someone who is both proactive and friendly, you will be able to learn new systems and processes with ease and of ensuring work is completed both to high standards and key deadlines.


  • Sales Order processing onto internal CRM systems
  • Monitoring and chasing orders with Production to ensure the key deadline for delivery are being achieved
  • Creating and monitoring reports for Customer activity/ sales trends
  • Liaising with customers both over the telephone and via email
  • Identification of any opportunity to up sell where possible for responding to complaints
  • Ability to learn technical products


  • Excellent and friendly communication skills

  • Team Player who is able to work independently
  • Self-motivated
  • Hold a high level of accuracy
  • Confident IT Skills
