Dewsbury

Salary £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)

Monday to Friday 0800 hrs – 1600 hrs (1-hour lunch)

23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Free Parking

5% Pension (ER Match)

(Spanish would be a desirable 2nd language if held).**

My client is a £17 million pound turnover company who operates throughout 60 countries worldwide. Recognised for creating and maintaining successful customer relationships and distribution partner. They are looking to recruit an experienced Export Customer Coordinator who is fluent in French, both written and verbal.

This permanent opportunity, based in the between South and West Yorkshire and is a new role, where you are responsible for your own customer base and the management of the customer’s sales order process. In addition, you will raise various export documents (including EUR1, COO, and ATR) in full and to critical deadlines, to minimise the risk of delayed orders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating new product specifications in line with customer requirements and issue prices.
  • Gain quotes for transport – ensuring the best price and service is available.
  • Process customer invoices and credit notes.
  • Attend weekly production meetings to ensure all orders are on track for customers and there is sufficient product availability.
  • Preparation of all commercial and transportation documents according to customer requirements and countries specific legislations.
  • Creation of Dangerous Goods notes
  • Receive and check all incoming transport invoices and allocate for payment.
  • Track all costs for transportation and proactively chase customers for any outstanding payments.
  • Prepare sales figures for monthly reporting and to attend quality meetings when needed.

To be considered for this role great, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience.

  • A good level of exposure to international export
  • Working to tight deadlines and the ability to multitask
  • Holding the highest levels of accuracy and detail to your work

Key Attributes and Experiences:

  • Fluent French (both written and verbal).
  • Spanish would highly be desirable as a 2nd language (but not essential).
  • Organised and able to work under pressure as part of a faced past environment.
  • Team Player.
