THE ROLE

• HR Advisor
• £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
• West Yorkshire

RESPONSIBILITY

• Building supportive relationships with site management teams
• Supporting in onsite performance management
• Providing advice on sickness and absence processes and ensuring effective tracking to show trends and patterns and highlight potential issues
• Developing and analysing management information reports and make appropriate recommendations to HR Business Partner
• Advising on staffing and employee relations
• Coaching and developing the HR Assistant
• Ensure all HR process and procedures are followed
• Advising on all work-related legislations
• Maintaining recruitment figures and highlighting shortfalls.
• Managing employee relations case work – grievance, sickness, absence, performance, disciplinary, dismissal

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

• Ideally from a logistics or manufacturing background
• CIPD level 3 or above preferred
• Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures
• An excellent knowledge of Microsoft products
• Experience of using HR systems
• Competent in Maths & English. GCSE’s grade A-C, or equivalent
