Internal Sales Advisor

  • Salary: £20,000-£22,000

Duties include:

  • To project the company image and ethos as the first point of contact with business partners
  • To liaise with both customers and suppliers
  • Answering enquiries with urgency - including e-mail and telephone
  • Source supply and negotiate pricing
  • Identification of parts requirement and to ascertain the correct supply
  • Administration of enquiries and associated documentation
  • Good customer service with regards to client care and follow-up
  • Business development in building relations with new clients
  • Flexible approach to assist with departmental administration as required
  • To be communicative to all business partners, members of staff and management
  • To take responsibility and control of specific enquiries from start to finish

Experience Required/Desired

  • Working with powered access or construction machinery with either parts sales or service support
  • Working in a sales role including business development and/or account management
  • Working in relation to international trade
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Numerate and literate
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Confident telephone and e-mail manner
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • IT literate (minimum MS Office)

Hours of Work

  • 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday
