Responsibilities:

• Daily you will be answering incoming calls and emails promptly.
• Registering tenants ensuring that they meet requirements and ensuring in a high standard of compliance.
• Matching requirements and arranging viewings
• Obtain viewing feedback while meeting targets set.
• Lettings administration

Candidate Expectations:

• Well presented with a confident manner
• Professional individual both over the phone and in person
• Experienced in always delivering a high standard of customer service
• Hold a full UK driving licence and for the first 6 months have access to a car
• Flexibility in your role to meet demands is required.
