-You will be working for a large manufacturer in Doncaster who are looking for an Office Administrator to support the Customer Service team with all aspects of administration.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Filing of orders -Proof of Deliveries -Finding and scanning relevant paperwork to other departments upon request -Order checking, moving to order processing during busy periods. -Incoming call handling -Mail handling (inward and outgoing) -All other admin/office duties
-Experience working in an office environment would be an advantage however training for the role as well as training on all software packages will be provided. -It is expected that the candidate has excellent verbal and communication skills. -The office is often a very busy environment so the ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines would be beneficial. -Organisation skills and having the ability to manage your own workflow is key to the success of the candidate.
