Outbound Sales Advisor

The Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the company at their head office speaking to new and existing customers
  • Predominantly outbound calling to residential customers that have purchased a product over the last 5 years
  • You will be advising and selling company products and services via script work
  • Calling warm leads to promote and sell customers products and services
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Managing your own CRM system requirements
  • Experience and Skills required:
  • Sales experience
  • Target driven
  • Call centre and calling handling experience is desirable
  • Able to work to KPI’s

The role

  • 40 hour working week
  • Monday – Friday between 8am – 8pm
  • Every other Saturday between 8am - 1pm
