Location: York

Contract:

• Permanent – Full Time - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday

Salary

• £27,000 with overtime paid at time and a half.

The Job

• Venatu Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a well established national dealership in the truck and van industry. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Parts Supervisor with a working background in Truck and Van dealerships to join their aftersales department.

The Right Person:

• Preferrably have a background in trucks, but those from a cars background will be considered.
• Extensive working knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to upsell to existing and new clientele
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach
• Consultative approach to customer service both on the phone and in person
• Ability to work as part of a team and work collaboratively when needed
• High level of diary management and organisation with attention to detail
• IT literate
