Introduction

My client has over 60 years of trading history within the industrial and restoration sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to the team. The role would suit an assistant looking for their next step or an intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking for a stable and reputable client.

Role and Responsibilities

• Full commercial responsibility for your projects
• Payment applications for subcontractors and settlements through to final accounts
• Final accounts
• Prepare and present monthly CVR reports
• Negotiate and award contracts to subcontractors
• Liaise with the procurement team

Candidate Expectations

• BSc in Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role for the main contractor, restoration or civils contractor
• Experience working within restoration projects preferred
• Be prepared to travel to the site on a national basis if required
• CSCS card
