The company formed over 40 years ago and now boast a headcount of over 800 employees. The business has plans to grow further and due to workload increasing now require an additional Sales Account Manager. Due to the importance of this role and workload, this position could be an immediate start.
As the Sales Account Manager, you will support key clients for the company with all orders, enquiries, projects and information they require. You will be the first point of call, becoming their key contact, and building the relationship to gain mutual trust. You will be results focussed and have experience working and managing customers enquiries whilst adhering to strict KPI’s. You will have a proven track record within account management and, have an understanding of how you build relationships to support and keep customers remaining loyal to the business.
