Sales Administrator

The Role:

  • Daily you will be responsible for dealing with any incoming enquiries and dealing with customer orders via the telephone and email
  • Be proactive and making outgoing calls to your customers to clarify and provide information about their orders, deliveries, products etc where required
  • Process all your orders both accurately and in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction
  • Work to deliver a high standard of customer service tailor made to the style of your customer
  • Deal with any customer complaints ensuring in the right outcome for both the customer and the business.

Candidate Expectations:

  • Previous experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service is essential
  • Having industry background in either the manufacturing or logistics background would be advantageous
  • Solid working knowledge of using Ms Office and Outlook
  • Experience of using CRM/SAP would be advantageous
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines while often under pressure.
