Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an International Manufacturer who pride themselves on innovation, sustainability and the environment. The company are International and with multiple locations throughout the UK the role will see you Home based until allowed to be back on site in Leeds.

  • Salary: £18,500 - £19,000 per annum

THE ROLE

  • Sales Administrators x 2
  • 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Leeds, £18,500.00 - £19,000.00 per annum
  • 25 Days Holiday plus B/Hols, Pension & Free Parking

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work effectively and with collaboration to ensure customers receive the highest levels of service is maintained
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction remains in place at all times
  • Upselling of promotions to increase sales opportunity with customer
  • Liaise with Production and customers to answer general product enquiries
  • Ensure all customer complaints are investigated in full and fed back to customer and Supervisor

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

  • Excellent and confident communication skills
  • Team Player who is able to work independently (especially whilst home based)
  • Self-motivated
  • Hold high level of accuracy
  • Confident IT Skills
