Sales and Service Coordinator

My client based in South West Huddersfield is looking for a dynamic and highly organised administrator who would be happy to cover a fixed-term contract for 16 months. This pivotal role would see you based at my client’s UK Head Office and of supporting both Sales and Service Administration.

Working out of the UK Headquarters in a scenic area of Huddersfield this fixed term opportunity is an office-based role where you will work as part of a friendly but successful team, ensuring customer needs and requests are delivered on time in full. This market leader works in B2B and strive to ensure delivery is always maintained. Operating out of 120 different countries and of employing over 800 employees internationally, they strive to promote their teams as their family.

Required for this opportunity is:

  • Confident customer service skills combined with the ability to work alongside external and internal teams.
  • Enthusiastic combined with the ability to deliver work to key deadlines.
  • Confident IT skills including Excel.
  • Any experience of Publisher, Access, and Photoshop would be of value when applying.
  • High level of accuracy.

The Role:

Sales Department:

  • Handling inbound enquiries and updating the internal systems
  • Responding to telephone enquiries from Representatives, suppliers, and customers
  • Providing prices and delivery information for customers and external sales
  • Preparing letters and raising quotations
  • Manage companies’ literature and update.
  • Create eshots and blogs.

    Service Department:

  • Coordinate work for customers for repair or service requirements
  • Coordinate Engineers’ dairies to ensure efficiency for engineers’ time is maximised.
  • Coordinate with Stores to ensure the correct parts are ordered and delivered for all service and breakdown calls.
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports for Management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and raise invoices/credits.
  • Maintain service records.
