Sales Ledger Clerk

We are recruiting for a World leading provider of equipment specified for end user customer both nationally and Internationally. Multi Award winner and of being a Sunday Times 100 list companies the role of Accounts Assistant will see you looking to enhance the Accounts team further with the support of Sales Ledger Administration.

THE ROLE

  • Accounts Assistant, Morley, Part Time Hours available
  • £17,000 - £22,000 per annum (DOE) – NEW ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To accurately process all payments for UK and Internationally
  • Obtain, post and reconciliation of credit card statements including VAT
  • Bank Reconciliation including the posting of Credit Cards, Receipts and Expenses
  • Purchasing of currency for overseas payments
  • Apply for Clean Import Loans when required
  • Chasing of overdue invoices working off aged debtors, escalation where needed
  • Creation of new customer accounts, ensuring credit limits are current and coherent with credit reports and insurance details
  • Processing of debit/credit card payments via SAGE
  • Supplier Payments Runs
  • Petty Cash reconciliation
  • Compiling sales reports
